The Replacement Door Company have been operating since 1996 supplying and installing external and internal doors to customers throughout central Scotland.

Cameron at Replacement Door approached us with the goal of taking their business to the next level as growth had slowed despite an increase in marketing spend.

Our Approach

It quickly became clear that there was not enough web traffic, or enough quality leads being generated at the time to enable the business to achieve their goals. Our initial step was to persuade Cameron to sever ties with expensive but ineffective advertising methods that had been in place for too long, this freed up advertising budget that could be used more effectively in the form of Pay Per Click.

The website required an overhaul in order to be inline with the brands current identity and to provide an improved customer journey, this new site meant a change from a small 6 page website to a site with hundreds of pages showing website visitors the huge range of choice and quality of work that could be expected from The Replacement Door Company.


Progress & Results

The Replacement Door Company seen a huge return on their investment in their website and digital marketing, seeing website traffic multiplied by ten and their their business turnover multiplied by four.

A particularly pleasing result of their website design and accompanying marketing campaigns is the quality of enquiry that they receive. Phone calls and online enquiries that were previously vague and speculative are now knowledgeable and qualified as customers had been able to explore their product range with ease on the now information-rich, but easy to navigate website.

The growth of the business and the formation of a clear online marketing strategy has allowed the business to take steps into franchising, with the first of these franchises already active.
